Poultry parts being used by Wars-Pol for further processing are sourced only from reputable and EU certified abattoirs. We have always followed stringent QA/QC rules, whereby entire production cycle goes through a number of quality check points, such as (but not limited to) temperature monitoring of raw meat / final product and adherence to the highest hygiene standards. Everything we do in Wars-Pol falls under the requirements of the HACCP system.
The manual process of bones/skin/tendons removal which does not destroy the meat structure as well as complex quality control of entire production cycle ensure that our products become the highest quality raw material base for further meat production by the biggest domestic and EU food processing companies. Unlike meat after mechanical boning our final product does not only look better but also tastes better.
